The word Aura refers to the energy field that emanates from the surface of every living thing so everything that has a substance will have an aura. This is visualised as an outline of cascading colour which is constantly vibrating and with practise can be seen with the naked eye.
Although the layers of the aura are separate they are connected to each other forming a luminous cocoon like structure. This structure vibrates to different colours, sounds and light frequencies and the colours within the aura will vary with your physical, emotional and mental state. Within the human aura there are seven layers, each layer connecting to a cone shaped vortex known as one of the major chakras.
Due to the strong electromagnetic properties of the aura, we constantly give off and absorb energy so every time you come in contact with another person an exchange of energy can occur. By the end of the day you can accumulate a lot of energy debris, feel drained and lethargic and so it is important to cleanse and strengthen the aura.
